2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through this online store.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

Purchases are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable consumer protection legislation.

3. Products

All products offered are cosmetic products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Product descriptions and ingredient lists are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur.

Products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

The purchase agreement enters into force once payment has been received.

Orders not paid within 7 days may be cancelled.

5. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are indicative and depend on destination and logistics partners.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

World Wide Wolf OÜ is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires.

The goods must be returned within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold reimbursement until returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

7. Hygiene Exception

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective.

Returned products must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.

8. Defective Products and Legal Guarantee

Consumers are entitled to a two-year legal guarantee.

If a product does not conform to the contract, the customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Complaints must be submitted within two months of discovering the defect.

We respond to complaints within 15 days.
