Living with scalp psoriasis has been a long and frustrating road for me. I’ve tried just about everything—prescription shampoos, coal tar, zinc, antifungals, and even some expensive alternative treatments—but nothing gave me much lasting relief. Most of them cost a lot and left me disappointed. This shampoo and conditioner aren’t a miracle cure, but they’ve been better than most of what I’ve tried. They don’t have that strong medicinal or perfumed smell, they lather nicely, and they actually keep the itching under control while leaving my scalp feeling healthier. For me, that’s a big win compared to many doctor-prescribed options that either didn’t work or caused more irritation. No product is going to completely “fix” scalp psoriasis, but this one has definitely made things easier to manage without harsh side effects. I’ll keep using it.

I’ve dealt with scalp problems for most of my life—constant redness, flaking, and irritation that would even spread to my eyebrows and the sides of my face. I never got an official diagnosis, but nothing I tried ever worked. Regular dandruff shampoos dried me out more, conditioners made it worse, and even the well-known medicated shampoos burned my scalp. Out of frustration, I kept my hair shaved short for years because growing it out was unbearable. When I came across this shampoo, I honestly didn’t expect much, but I was desperate and gave it a try. The difference was incredible. After the very first wash, my scalp felt calm—no redness, no burning, no itching. Even the irritation around my eyebrows and sideburns improved. I wish I had found this years ago. The scent is natural and earthy, the lather feels nice, and for the first time in ages, I actually feel like I could grow my hair back without suffering. This shampoo has been a real game-changer for me.

product really helps with skin condion I have on scalp

This has been the first shampoo in the longest time that has actually helped my scalp not itch so much and have made the scabs go away. The only downside is that it has not gotten rid of my flakes. I think it's because I have to use it more often. Unfortunately, it's not good for my hair to wash it more that 2-3 times a week, so I'm not sure how to overcome that particular issue. I've read a lot of people saying it doesn't get too much lather, but I don't find that to be the case at all. This will definitely be my go-to shampoo for a while.

I used a shampoo with coal tar in it. It was helpful, but this works even better. It's nice not to keep scratching my head all the time.

It immediately worked wonders on my scalp. Relieved the itching and flaking.The smell good use some work.But overall, highly recommend!!

Works for flaky scalp

It seems to keep my scalp from itching as badly. I have tried so many shampoos for dermatitis. none of them work! this one so far seems to keep the itch more tame. It itches a little but not so i want to scrape my scalp off.The ingredients are not as natural as I would like. Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate is something that I dont like to use but its better than SLS. Parfum is not a natural scent, i would prefer an essential oil for scent. Its close to being all natural but not quite close enough to win 5 stars from me.Its expensive for the tiny bottle. I will have to decide when the bottle is gone, if its worth paying for on a regular basis.The scent is really light, so the parfum isnt too strong at least.The soap is dark brown which is awesom, it shows theres a nice amount of peat in there. it doesnt sud much but thats a good thing, too much suds means too many chemicals. suds doesnt mean clean.overall i think this is a good choice for people looking for getting rid of that itch but the bottle could be bigger for the price.I have been washing my face with it too as i have dermatitis on scalp and face. time will tell if it actually works. so far it seems to work good but not great but i havent found great yet so good is a good start!I will be trying dead sea mud on my scalp in additon to this shampoo to see if they help eachother out or not. dermatitis is quite the battle!

This has been a miracle to me. I've suffered with psoriasis for decades. Nothing helped. I had terrible, thick buildup and flare ups often went down my neck. I couldn't wear dark clothing for fear of embarrassing flakes. After several uses, I am GREATLY improved. I recommend getting a soft scalp scrubber to use with this product. It helps get it "in there" and loosens the buildup.

I bought this to help with my itchy scalp thinking maybe it was eczema or psoriasis finding out later it was neither but I will keep purchasing this because it makes my naturally wavy hair look so pretty and makes it to wear I can wear my natural hair! My hair also feels softer and hydrated using this shampoo! Used it for one purpose and was pleasantly surprised with another!

This shampoo is excellent for itchy scalp. It has a decent scent and lather. They also have excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this product.

I feel for the hefty price of this bottle of Natural Eczema and Psoriasis Shampoo, it should work better. I might need to give it more time to become effective. Not real happy about the price.

The shampoo didn't cause any new irritation, but it didn't calm any either. I still have psoriasis patches and scabs which are quite visible. I had hoped the scabs would leave and my scalp would begin to heal. :( At best, I had relief for about 12 hours. But then the itch came roaring back, with a vengeance.I'm afraid I'm not a fan

This product works great! I have psoriasis on my scalp and this has helped so much with the flaking. It doesn't smell the greatest but pair it with a favorite scented shampoo and it does the trick.

I suffered with an itchy scalp and lots of flaking all over my head. My dermatologist prescribed medicated shampoo and fluocinonide topical solution which did nothing for my dermatatitis, I saw this shampoo and read mostly positive reviews so I decided to give it a try. You have to use for at least a week to see results, which I did. Best result was it cut my flaking down to almost nothing. I still have some itchiness on my scalp but it was the flaking that was making me crazy, The smell is earthy which is nice, only wish someday it will come down in price. But as long as it works I will continue to order. I feel so much better now and this shampoo made the difference! Thank you!

A little watery but very effective

This shampoo works so well. I wash both my hair and face with it and I have absolutely no sandruff or peeling dry spots. Its amazing. Nothing I have ever tried has worked this well and over the past 25 years of my life I have tried a log!! Highly recommend.

This shampoo did nothing for my psoriasis. I provided great moisture for my hair and scalp but did nothing for my scaly psoriasis. I have psoriasis on my head for 15 years and it gets soo scaly and irritating I was hoping this shampoo was gonna work from reading other people’s responses but I does nothing but provide great moisture...

***update*** even though this product did not work for me, since the review the company gave me a full refund! If you are on the fence about this product I would give it a shot. Although the product did not work it seems like a great company that takes care of their customers.I had high hopes for this, as I have suffered from psoriasis since I was 17. Unfortunately with use my psoriasis got worse and started to spread. After I stopped using they stopped spreading.

Safer and much more effective than Coal Tar or prescription shampoos that my dermatologist ordered for my scalp psoriasis. Helps control the flaking and itch. Smells earthy, kind of like after it starts to rain. Does not stain my grey/silver hair.

Did nothing for my skin condition, smelt good made my hair nice and soft but did nothing medically as it claimed very very disapointing
