This shampoo works great!
This shampoo has been working really well for me! I’ve been using for about 2 1/2 weeks now and it really helped clear up some of the scalp irritation I was having due to my psoriasis. For a few months prior I was really struggling with a large patch/outbreak at the back of my neck/hairline. This seemed to improve this even after the first use! I will comment that the conditioner does not seem to rinse out very well (at least not for me) and it makes my hair a bit drab and weighted/oily, so I do not use that as often as I would like to. But, the shampoo and conditioner both smell WONDERFUL in comparison to those gross tar based shampoos! And they’ve been working great at soothing my psoriasis! I love it! Thank you for the great product!

No improvement for scalp psoriasis
I had really hoped the shampoo would help clear my psoriasis of the scalp but I saw no improvement over 2-3 weeks.

It works!
I’ve used other brand of anti-itch shampoos and eczema shampoos but this product works the best! 1st day I used it, the itch was reduced by 90% and there is no smell like the others made with tar. It has a pleasant scent. Since I scratch less using this shampoo, finally my scalp is healing. I’m so glad I came across this product!

This shampoo seems to work at reducing and soothing inflammation from psoriasis. It does dry out your hair though, so why only 3 stars.

Calms the scalp and reduces itching.Caution if you have light or color treated hair. Hair tone became a bit browner after rinsing well. Suggest applying directly to affected areas, not over all application.

4 Stars … Would Have Been 5 Stars if Reasonably Priced.
Nice, natural remedy for Eczema, Psoriasis, Dandruff and Itching. Very expensive though. Only 8 ounces for $30.But this natural-remedy shampoo does not contain Coal Tar, which is supposed to be a carcinogen.Guess I was expecting a regular sized bottle of shampoo for that price. Impossibly priced for daily use though … especially when the Directions say to use “a generous amount”.

Sphagnum products are designed for those of us who have skin irritation problems. It works! My head no longer itches all the time. The shampoo combined with the conditioner leave my hair clean and tangle free. As a bonus my hair is easier to style and soft to the touch. Now that I’ve been using Sphagnum shampoo for a year, I will not use anything else. Even if I no longer needed to use it, I would continue. My hair has never been so shiny and soft and easy to manage!I use the shower cream a well. It leaves my skin feeling clean. It can be used as a face wash. I rarely have skin breakouts anymore! All without taking medications which have side effects.
